Love

Love is not a fight  by Warren Barfield
(Theme song of Fireproof the movie)

Today there are few relationships that have trouble and they really move to get over it and to pass through anything, like the song says: "Love is not a fight but it's something worth fighting for. Sometimes we have fights with our partner because of stupid reasons, but other times we have fights because of serious reasons that need lots of attention and dedication of time. In the movie Fireproof we see a couple that finds the way to solve their problems and they fight and fight until they finally save their matrimony. Sometimes we have some habits or commit hurtful mistakes ant even if we know the problem is directly ours, we prefer to blame the partner instead of accepting it and work on it.

I have fallen in some aspects of what is a good relationship. I fighter day and night to work on my problems and finally I've got results today a four years and two months relationship. Like me there are many people that have problems but prefer not to fight and they gave up and said: "forget about her/him there are lots of woman/men in the world" and they don't realize that they are the problem. These people that do not care about changing get married and get divorced frequently and start to ruin others peace of what is love and affection and if you should or shouldn't get married. I want to get married, I want to have kids with the person that I chose. How is it possible not to think on having kids and get married with your partner? Does people really think on when and why are they going to separate instead of thinking how are they going to confront this or that problem? I chose this song because when I heard it, it made me cry and made me realize that I have to fight, I took it like a motivation and an opportunity to change who I was because when there is a relationship it's not about you but both.
